The election year is gearing up for 2018, and Primrose could use one or two more poll workers. The pay may not be much (8$/hour), but the company is excellent, and the Clerk promises to provide munchies. It’s a great way to meet your neighbors while supporting the democratic process!
Poll worker shifts are generally 6:30am to 1:30pm, and 1:30 pm to 8pm. Training is done during the Public Tests of election equipment (an hour the week before each election).
The election schedule is as follows:
February 20, 2018 – 7:00am-8pm
April 3, 2018 – 7:00am-8pm
August 14, 2018 – 7:00am-8pm
November 6, 2018 – 7:00am-8pm
