Notice is hereby provided that the Town of Primrose Comprehensive Plan is available for review by interested parties. A public hearing has been scheduled for July 16th, 2024. A written notice is being provided in accordance with Wisconsin Statute 66.1001(4)(e).

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTION OF
TOWN OF PRIMROSE 2024 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

TOWN OF PRIMROSE, DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN

Please take notice that a Public Hearing and Consideration of Adoption for the 2024 Town of Primrose Comprehensive Plan will be held on Tuesday, July 16th, 2024, beginning at 7:30 pm by the Town Board and the Town Planning Commission.

The proposed 2024 Town of Primrose Comprehensive Land Use Plan includes updates and clarifications to the sections on Land Use, and to the town’s demographic and economic data. The current comprehensive plan was adopted by the Town in 2010.

The plan is posted below. The public is invited to speak on the proposed Plan at the Public Hearing. Written comments may be submitted prior the public hearing. Any questions, written comments, or requests for a copy of the proposed update should be directed to the Town of Primrose Clerk, Ruth Hansen, at 608-516-6821, or [email protected]. Written comments will be given the same weight as oral testimony and be part of the public record. Written comments need to be received by the end of the day on Tuesday, July 9th, 2024.

The Plan Commission and Town Board will review the comments received prior to adoption of the 2024 Plan. The Planning Commission and Town board may take action to adopt the 2024 Comprehensive Land Use Plan immediately following the public hearing.
