At the 2023 Annual Meeting, the residents of Primrose voted to form an advisory committee to help the Town Board determine possible uses of funds allocated to Primrose by the ARPA grant (American Relief Plan Act). This grant is overseen and managed by SLFRF (State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds program) initiated by the Federal government in response the Coronavirus.

Primrose has been allocated $81,013.46. After use of $2,070.00 for increased election wages (as of the June 2023 reporting cycle), and $1,200 for a staircase in the garage, $77,743.46 remains. Unused funds will need to be returned to the Federal government in 2026. Allowable application of funds is strictly controlled by the Compliance and Reporting Guide, shown below.
