Town & Country tried to do a delayed pick-up on Thursday, January 31st, but extreme low temperatures caused equipment problems and endangered staff.  Originally T&C planned to pick up this week, February 7th, but have since confirmed that the next pick-up will be Thursday February 14th.  They have state that they WILL pick up bagged trash that won’t fit in the bins on the 14th.
