Due to the State mandated revaluation of Real Estate property in Primrose the following general increases have been reported to our tax roll:

• Residential properties saw an overall 43.00% increase in value.
  • Residential Land saw an approx. 30.00% increase in pricing, approx. 60.00% average increase in value (when land was moved from gross -> pricing).
• Commercial properties saw an overall 97.44% increase in value.
• Total Municipality increase of 44.89%.
• There were 0 Ag Conversions.

Appointments will be scheduled on a 20-minute basis between 9am and 1pm.. You may come to the town hall to meet with the Assessor without an appointment, but you may need to wait for others to complete their appointments.
