Primrose Elections in the COVID-19 Era

We have a few brave souls that have offered to work the election.  The Dane County Clerk’s office is looking for a chief inspector for us.  I continue to urge residents to vote absentee.

If you have trouble loading your ID into the WisVote system for any reason, you may click “indefinitely confined” for this election only.   You may contact the Clerk at a later time to change this designation.

If we are able to hold an election on April 7th, the following protocol will need to be followed:

Only on voter (or voting family) will be allowed into the building at once.  A “greeter” will be posted at the door to let people in.  Voters will exit the back door if they are physically able to.

Any surfaces that are touched by the voting public will be wiped down between voters.

Curbside voting will be encouraged.

Hand washing and sanitizer use will be encouraged (provided the clerk can find sanitizer).

IF YOU ARE WILLING TO WORK THE ELECTION PLEASE NOTIFY THE CLERK!  I can use high schoolers for traffic control, and adults over the age of 18 as poll workers.  A small amount of training will be required.
