I am happy to announce that a secure lock-box has been installed at the town hall! At this time it is solely for absentee ballots. At tax time, it will be for dropping off tax payments. It is secure (By secure I mean 200 pounds of steel, and another 200 pounds of concrete plus the video surveillance system) and will be checked daily for your ballots. It is in front of the access ramp at the front of the town hall.

The November 3rd General Election ballots might come in as early as Friday, September 11th. The town clerk is in charge of getting these out to everyone that requests an absentee ballot. If you request early (by September 11th) the clerk is able to print out a batch of envelope labels. This makes the job many times easier!
Please request early if you can.
You can still request absentee ballots until October 29th, 2020 for the November 3rd election.
